Biography
Jen brings a rare combination of professional expertise, personal experience, and genuine heart to the HLG Team. With over 15 years in high-level administrative, client service, and legal support roles — including more than 3 years with a divorce and family law firm prior to joining HLG— she is known for keeping cases organized, clients informed, and our team running seamlessly.
Having navigated her own divorce and the ongoing complexities of co-parenting, and having first-hand experience with loving and caring for a child with special needs, Jen brings a level of empathy and understanding that clients feel instantly. She knows firsthand how overwhelming the process can be and is passionate about helping others find clarity, stability, and hope during even the most challenging times.
Jen is exceptionally skilled in handling complex cases, from sifting through detailed financial records to ensuring every last document is in order. Clients value her calm presence, unwavering support, and ability to make them feel seen, heard, and cared for every step of the way.
She lives in Westfield with her husband, two children, and their Italian Greyhound, Noelle, and is deeply involved in her community. Whether at the office or in her personal life, Jen leads with compassion, integrity, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
