Kali is a highly organized, results-driven professional with over a decade of experience supporting business owners and executives in fast-paced environments. She attended Purdue University, where she studied Selling and Sales Management, and is known for streamlining operations, managing complex schedules, and providing top-tier administrative support that keeps everything running seamlessly.
As a proud mom of three, Kali understands the beautiful chaos of balancing work, family, and life’s curveballs — and she connects naturally with clients who are navigating major transitions while still keeping all the plates spinning. Her warm, approachable nature puts people at ease, while her attention to detail ensures nothing slips through the cracks.

Married to her husband, Garrett, a successful entrepreneur, Kali has a deep appreciation for the courage it takes to build something from the ground up — and she brings that same energy to everything she does.
Kali and her sweet family live in downtown Carmel, just a short walk from the HLG office, and love being part of our vibrant, fun and ever expanding city. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, spending time with her family, and building strong connections within her community.
