Biography

Molly E. Lokitis is an attorney at Hollingsworth Law Group who brings a significant amount of litigation experience to the firm. Molly’s primary area of practice is family law, but she also has a vast amount of experience in criminal defense work, and has allowed our HLG Team to expand to serve clients with criminal law issues for misdemeanors (up to level 6) including but not limited to domestic violence issues as well as drug and alcohol issues such as driving under the influence, possession, public intox, etc.

Prior to joining HLG, Molly worked as a Public Defender in Marion County and practiced both family and criminal law in the private sector.

Being a child of divorce herself, Molly has always had passion for family law, and prides herself on aggressively fighting for her clients’ rights while providing compassionate legal counsel and warmth during life’s most difficult transitions. Molly has experience assisting clients with all types of divorce and family law issues including legal separation and divorce, custody, parenting time/visitation, child support, paternity, post-decree modifications and enforcement, contempt, relocation, protective orders, grandparent rights and military divorces.

Molly’s proactive, fast-moving approach to resolve family law cases fits perfectly with HLG’s motto of “Divorce Done Differently.” Molly believes open communication, trust, and sometimes a dash of brutal honesty leads to inevitable success. And, while her style of practice lends itself to the resolution of most cases by settlement, Molly is also ready and willing to put her trial advocacy skills to work in defending her clients’ rights in Court when settlement is not possible.
