Biography
Anne-Marie Briscoe is an attorney at Hollingsworth Law Group, LLC. Since 2008, Anne-Marie has been working alongside founding partner, Kena Hollingsworth, in her mission to find a healthier way to divorce. Anne-Marie’s practice is 100% focused on divorce and family law. Anne-Marie was one of the earliest inspirations for the firm’s commitment to Divorce Done Differently. Her practice areas include divorce, legal separation, custody, parenting time/visitation, child support, paternity, step-parent adoptions, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, post-decree modifications and enforcements, spousal maintenance/alimony, guardianships, emancipations, relocations, protective orders, grandparent rights, and military divorces, to name a few.
