In addition to 20+ years of experience practicing divorce and family law, Kena is also a divorce and family law mediator, a trained collaborative divorce professional, and a certified relationship coach. As a child of divorce herself, and someone who has gone through the divorce process as an adult, Kena offers a uniquely compassionate perspective, and a level of understanding and empathy that sets her apart in the legal profession. Kena is committed to finding workable solutions for her clients and their families, especially when children are involved; and she strives to promote positive co-parenting relationships and creative solutions which are sustainable for clients, long-term. From her perspective, representing family law clients goes far beyond helping them navigate the legal processes. It is to prepare, inspire and empower clients to move forward after divorce with certainty, confidence and joy.
