Founding Partner Kena Hollingsworth launched Hollingsworth Law Group in 2023 with a vision to transform the experience of divorce. What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal who can support attorneys and clients with care, clarity, and confidence. This position is primarily in-office, with hybrid flexibility depending on individual needs. Our beautiful office is located on Rangeline Road in downtown Carmel, Indiana.
Qualifications
- ✔ Minimum 2+ years of family law experience handling divorce, custody, and related matters
- ✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✔ Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities
- ✔ Tech-savvy and comfortable working in modern legal systems
- ✔ Empathetic, emotionally intelligent, and client-centered
- ✔ Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, high-integrity team culture
- ✔ Positive, can-do attitude is an absolute MUST
