Biography

Amanda is a dedicated educator, coach, and client advocate driven by a longstanding mission: to bring more harmony into the world by transforming how we understand ourselves and each other. Grounded in deep compassion, empathy, and over thirteen years of experience supporting clients through emotional crises, Amanda helps our clients navigate the complexities of human emotion and the physiological stress that can accompany the process of divorce, helping each client to significantly reduce their distress and mitigate trauma, while learning skills that will benefit them for a lifetime.

Specializing in emotional literacy and nervous system regulation, Amanda listens deeply and teaches evidence-based coping skills in an accessible and gently guided way. Many clients enter the process of divorce feeling misunderstood and overwhelmed by their emotions; part of Amanda’s role is helping each client understand themselves more deeply, bringing them a sense of alignment and healing. She empowers her clients to decode their body’s stress responses, honor and comprehend their emotions, cultivate more efficient communication and conflict resolution skills, and shift from a state of survival to one of connection and thriving.
